-The Victim Assistance Coordinator shall minister to the victim, victims's family or other persons affected. The Victim Assistance Coordinator shall identify professional and other resources and make them available to aid in the care of a victim or other person(s) affected.
- The Victim Assistance Coordinator shall make certain that persons recommended to victims/survivors and their families for counceling and/or spiritual dorection are highly qualified for such assistance.
Sacred Heart/St. Mary's Church will be hosting an Easter Family Funday at 12:00 p.m. on April 24, 2022 (Divine Mercy Sunday) behind St. Joseph’s Hall. There will be fun jumps for the kids along with an Easter Egg Hunt and other fun activities. Jambalaya will be served. Please bring blankets, lounge chairs and ice chest with beverage of choice and come out and enjoy a day filled with FAITH, FAMILY, and FUN.

Parishioners are invited to a Cenacle called a "Marian Movement for Priests." The rosary and other prayers are prayed for priests and for our families. We meet every other month on the third Monday at 6:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Hall. For more information Call Cynthia Perron at 337-658-6816.

Men's Ultreya meets every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at Prairie Ronde Cursillo Center.
Women's Ultreya meets every 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. for the Rosary with meeting to follow at Prairie Ronde Cursillo Center.
A Cursillo is an encounter with Christ. That sounds too simple but it’s not. Think about it….A real meeting with Christ….If that is understood, then the power, beauty, and joy of the Cursillo movement will be understood. Interested? Attend one!
